1. ELIGIBILITY

a. Copy Trading
Copy trading involves the automatic duplication of our trades or selected traders' trades in your own trading account. While past performance may be used as a reference, it is not a guarantee of future returns. Risk Disclaimer: Copy trading involves significant financial risk. You acknowledge and accept that all trading decisions are made at your own risk, and we are not liable for any losses incurred.
b. Trading Algorithms
We offer proprietary algorithmic trading systems for sale or licensing. These tools are intended for experienced traders and are provided “as is,” without any guarantee of profitability. Prohibited Use: You may not reverse engineer, resell, or distribute our algorithms without our explicit written permission.
c. Forex Trading Academy / Mentorship
We offer educational content, mentorship, and training programs in forex trading. Our services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Some services may require you to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Prices for services and products are displayed on our website and are subject to change. Payments must be made in full before access to services is granted. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

8. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate or reference third-party platforms such as MetaTrader or Telegram or other Forex Trading Brokers. We are not responsible for their content, services, or practices.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

2. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the information provided in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. An anonymized string (hash) generated from your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service to determine if you use it. You can review the Gravatar service privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes publicly visible in the context of your comment.
3. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
4. Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
